Refund Policy
Fair and transparent refund terms for all ServQ services.
At ServQ, we believe in fair pricing and fair refunds. We aim to resolve all issues through re-service first. If a re-service cannot remedy the problem, we process refunds promptly and fairly as outlined below.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services booked through ServQ (servq.in and WhatsApp +91 94146 56262). Since ServQ currently operates on a cash/UPI payment model paid directly to the Service Professional, most refund scenarios involve a credit for future bookings or partial/full compensation arranged by ServQ. Refund eligibility and process are detailed below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or compensation in the following situations:

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Service completed successfully and accepted by the customer at the time of completion, with no issues raised within 24 hours.
- Customer changed their mind after service completion without valid quality concerns.
- Damage or dissatisfaction caused by customer-supplied materials, parts, or instructions given by the customer.
- Issues caused by pre-existing conditions, structural problems, or circumstances outside the scope of the booked service.
- Service disruptions caused by the customer (e.g., denying access, requesting additional unreasonable tasks mid-service).
- Normal wear and tear or expected characteristics of the service outcome (e.g., minor paint smell, post-cleaning minor dust settling).
- Claims submitted after the quality guarantee period or refund claim window has expired.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your booking details โ Name, phone, service date, service type, and amount paid.
- Describe the issue clearly โ Share photos or videos if property damage or quality issues are claimed.
- ServQ reviews the claim โ We will acknowledge within 24 hours and assess the claim within 72 hours.
- Resolution โ We will offer a re-service, credit, or refund based on the nature of the claim.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
Since most transactions are cash or UPI:
- UPI Payments: Refunds are processed to the original UPI ID within 5โ7 business days after approval.
- Cash Payments: Equivalent compensation is provided as a credit note for future ServQ bookings, valid for 6 months.
- Partial Refunds: Calculated proportionally based on work completed vs. total agreed scope.
- ServQ may also offer a complimentary re-service as an alternative to a cash refund, subject to customer consent.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our initial resolution:
- Email our Grievance Officer at grievance@servq.in. We will respond within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
- You may also approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jaipur.
