Service Agreement
Terms governing the provision of services.
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ServQ ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") for the provision of home services facilitated by ServQ's platform.
1. Services:
ServQ facilitates the booking and provision of various home services through its network of independent service professionals. The specific service details, scope of work, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Customer Obligations:
- To provide a safe and accessible environment for the service professional.
- To ensure the accuracy of information provided for service booking.
- To make timely payments as agreed upon.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. All pricing is transparent with no hidden charges.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Customers may cancel or reschedule services as per our Refund Policy. Late cancellations may incur charges.
5. Warranty & Guarantees:
Services provided through ServQ are backed by a warranty as per our Warranty Policy. Any issues arising from workmanship defects within the warranty period will be addressed.
6. Liability:
ServQ acts as a facilitator. While we strive to ensure high-quality professionals, our liability for any damages arising from the service performed is limited as per our Terms & Conditions.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
